Job summary

Fluor Corp is seeking a Mechanical & Piping Supervisor for an on-site, contract role in Nysa, Poland. You will oversee construction activities, ensuring schedules, budgets, and safety standards are met while coordinating with client inspectors and other supervisors.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of EPC experience in industrial settings, strong leadership, and fluent English and Polish communication abilities, with a willingness for a long-term assignment in Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in EPC projects supervising building installations (industrial focus preferred).
• Fluent English and Polish language proficiency.
• Willingness to long-term assignment in Nysa, Poland.
• Extensive management and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily and weekly short-range planning adheres to safety, quality and security requirements.
• Organize, coordinate and supervise construction activities per schedules and budgets.
• Review permits and contractor task/risk analyses for critical activities.
• Ensure availability of drawings, tools, equipment and materials for works.
• Document and control scope changes; obtain approvals before work.
• Coordinate with other discipline supervisors and client inspectors.
• Witness testing per QA/QC plans and maintain inspection/test documents.
• Report to client Senior Construction Supervisor on progress and risks.
• Maintain logs for isometrics and equipment, ensuring 'as built' compliance.
