Job summary

Coinspaid Solutions is a fintech company developing blockchain payment infrastructure with global reach. We are seeking a Lead of Internal Accounting to own the end-to-end accounting function across the Group, leading a team of 4–5 professionals and ensuring timely closing and reporting.

The role involves crypto and fiat transactions across multiple currencies and jurisdictions, with remote-friendly work and strong emphasis on process optimization and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on accounting experience at senior roles.
• Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle and IFRS.
• Experience managing or coordinating an accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee the full accounting cycle across the Group companies.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Ensure accurate accounting for crypto and fiat transactions.
• Oversee intercompany transactions and reconciliations across Group entities.
• Drive standardization and automation of accounting processes.
