  • Provide legal support for new products, services, partnerships and market‑entry initiatives, identifying regulatory requirements and legal risks at an early stage.
  • Work closely with Compliance and other stakeholders on AML/CFT, regulatory governance and related matters.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare clear, practical legal opinions, risk assessments and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel where specialist or local advice is required.

  • Good working knowledge of PSD/PSD2 and the evolving PSD3/PSR framework, MiCA, DORA, AML/CFT and GDPR, as well as the ability to research and interpret other relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Strong experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Ability to analyse complex legislation and regulatory requirements and translate them into practical, business‑oriented advice.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product and commercial teams.
  • Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
