Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in the Cybersecurity field.
• Degree in a technical field.
• CompTIA Security+ or related certifications (e.g., CISM).
• Previous teaching experience, preferably remote.
• Experience training learners on foundational technical skillsets.
• Excellent educator with passion for teaching and helping others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, live, virtual instruction to large groups (100–8,000+ learners).
• Prepare and lead virtual classroom sessions and track engagement.
• Collaborate with operations personnel to ensure smooth delivery and schedules.
• Contribute to lesson design, development, and curriculum improvements.
• Be flexible with weekdays and weekends as programs vary.
