Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Software Engineer (Platform / Orchestration) to own the end-to-end install architecture and the Go orchestration engine spanning validation, actuation with dry-run/policy gates, and evidence stages.

You will lead a small team, guide Terraform/Kubernetes work, and design OpenAPI-aligned automation APIs. The role emphasizes platform-first thinking, reusable GitHub Actions workflows, and clear English handoffs within a hybrid Poland-based setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Go experience, including CLI and HTTP services.
• Hands-on with Terraform and Terragrunt in multi-account setups.
• Experience with Kubernetes day-2 ops and CI/CD automation.
