Job summary

Vaillant Group is hiring an IT Project Manager in Katowice to drive SAP S/4 HANA and Salesforce rollouts across multiple countries. You will lead a hybrid business and IT rollout team, coordinating with consultants and internal stakeholders to deliver a centrally integrated template and successful go-lives.

The role requires several years of IT rollout project management, strong English communication, and experience with international teams. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in economics, engineering, computer science or comparable field.
• Experience leading complex IT implementation projects or multiple rollout projects.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce CRM and/or SAP S/4 ERP; project-management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT delivery for SAP S/4 HANA and Salesforce rollouts in a global context.
• Coordinate hybrid business and IT rollout team in an international environment.
• Identify gaps, present improved processes, and guide teams to go-live.
