Job summary

Vaillant Group is seeking a Project Manager Data Migration to lead the global rollout of our S/4 HANA template with a focus on data coordination and governance. You will join an international team shaping the digital future of Vaillant Group.

You will drive data activities across planning, mapping, validation, testing, and migration, guiding teams on migration strategy while ensuring quality delivery within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in management & economics, business informatics, or comparable field.
• Several years of experience managing strategic IT projects, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC / S/4 HANA rollouts and integrated processes.
• Nice to have: experience coordinating international teams in complex environments.
• Structured, empathetic, globally minded with excellent communication across levels.
• Fluent English in international settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-related activities within the global rollout and align with project goals.
• Coordinate planning and execution of work packages across data preparation, mapping, validation, testing, and migration.
• Guide teams on migration strategy and execution, ensuring quality within budget and schedule.
• Manage stakeholder communication, reporting, risk management, and steering across levels.
• Continuously improve data migration approach and governance for long-term success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT transformation in a global manufacturing environment.
