Job summary

your Jared in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Lead GCP DevOps Engineer to design and deliver Google Cloud Platform solutions. You will lead cloud-native transformations, drive architecture choices, and mentor the team.

The role focuses on defining DevOps practices, implementing CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable cloud applications with Kubernetes. Hybrid work is available within Poland, with occasional international travel.

Qualifications

Experience leading cloud-native transformations on Google Cloud Platform.
Ability to define and govern DevOps practices for multiple projects.
Strong mentoring and team leadership skills to guide engineers.

Responsibilities

Clarify technical requirements and define project scope.
Provide leadership in customer engagement to ensure alignment and success.
Direct and supervise adaptation of customer applications to a cloud-native framework.
Define and implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Architect and optimize cloud applications for scalability and reliability.
Oversee deployment and configuration of GCP services and security controls.
Create and maintain documentation of decisions, designs, and processes.
Mentor team members through knowledge sharing and training.
