Job summary

GFT Technologies SE is seeking a Lead Full Stack Consultant to join a global Risk & Compliance team. You design, develop and maintain modern applications with backend focus in Java/Spring, while contributing to frontend in React and TypeScript.

You will lead technical decisions, shape solutions, ensure high-quality delivery, mentor teammates and review code across Agile teams. Hybrid work from Kraków is expected, 8 days per month.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise application development.
• 2+ years of technical team leadership experience.
• Expert knowledge of Java and Spring Framework (Boot, Data, REST, Security).
• Experience with microservices and micro-database architecture.
• Experience building event-driven systems.
• Experience with ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI and automated testing (JUnit).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, cloud-based apps.
• Familiar with Agile Scrum, JIRA and Confluence.
• Willing to work hybrid from Kraków 8 days a month.

What will you do?

As a Lead Full Stack Consultant, you will join a global team delivering solutions within the Risk & Compliance area. You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining modern applications with a strong focus on backend engineering in Java and Spring while contributing to frontend development using React and TypeScript. You will play a key role in technical decision-making, solution design and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
