Job summary

Amentum is seeking a senior supervisor to oversee the reconstitution, preservation, and maintenance of USAFE GPMS vehicle assets. The role ensures compliance with the PWS and Amentum's QMS, while directing a team of shop foremen, mechanics, electricians, and material controllers.

The ideal candidate will manage budgets, monitor inspections, and ensure timely completion of work orders, with a focus on safety, quality, and operational readiness across air/land/sea movements.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Windows OS and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience operating and repairing light to heavy military and commercial vehicles.
• Knowledge of diagnostic programs: Cummins INSITE, CAT, OBD scanners.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with subordinates.
• US Secret Security Clearance and CAC eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees reconstitution, preservation, and inspection goals.
• Prioritizes work to meet schedules.
• Manages annual budget and controls expenditures.
• Supervises shop foremen, auto mechanics, electricians, and material controllers.
• Ensures safety practices and housekeeping to the highest standard.
• Ensures tools and equipment are serviceable and secured.
• Oversees TCTO actions and service bulletins.
• Ensures timely completion of work orders.
• Maintains DPAS management reports for fleet status.
