Grant Thornton International is seeking a Lead Engineer to steer Saviynt IGA implementations and global operations. You will lead end-to-end technical delivery, architecting scalable identity solutions and driving modernization programs across multinational environments.

The role demands strong leadership, a deep hands-on Saviynt background, and a commitment to continuous improvement, with a hybrid work model and collaboration with Grant Thornton experts worldwide.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of IAM/IGA experience.
• 5+ years of Saviynt hands-on experience.
• Proven experience with enterprise implementations.
• Strong technical expertise in REST APIs and SQL.
• Experience with Identity Lifecycle Management, RBAC, and SoD Governance.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership across Saviynt implementation and global operations.
• Define implementation standards, architecture patterns, and governance controls.
• Lead large-scale onboarding programs and platform optimization.

Lead Engineer – Saviynt IGA Implementation & Operations

The Lead Engineer will act as a technical lead across Saviynt implementation and global operations initiatives. The role requires extensive experience designing enterprise-scale identity governance platforms while leading complex integrations, modernization programs, and operational transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

Own end-to-end technical delivery of Saviynt initiatives.

Define implementation standards, architecture patterns, and governance controls.

Lead large-scale application onboarding programs.

Solution Design

Architect and implement:

JML Workflows

RBAC Frameworks

Access Certification Programs

SoD Frameworks

Drive platform optimization and automation.

Operations Leadership

Manage platform health, performance, and resilience.

Establish operational KPIs, dashboards, and service metrics.

Lead problem management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Technology & Innovation

Drive API-led integrations.

Leverage automation and AI-driven operational efficiencies .

Evaluate emerging identity security capabilities.

Mentor Engineers and Senior Engineers.

Conduct technical reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Support talent development and succession planning.

Required Qualifications

7–9 years of IAM/IGA experience.

5+ years of Saviynt hands-on experience.

Proven experience with enterprise implementations.

Strong technical expertise in:

Preferred Qualifications

Saviynt Certified Professional.

Experience working in multinational environments.
