Job summary

Grant Thornton International seeks a technical owner for the Ascend platform team (Product Platform) to drive AI system architecture decisions for multi-agent platforms and AI services. You will mentor teams, establish standards for memory, grounding, and observability, and oversee Azure AI Foundry lifecycle and cost controls in a hybrid Poznań setting.

You will work on frontend and backend architecture with Django/FastAPI, distributed systems, and scalable API ecosystems, while collaborating

Qualifications

• Has 10–15 years of experience in full-stack development and technical leadership.
• Holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Defines AI system architecture for multi-agent platforms, AI services, and enterprise copilots.
• Reviews and approves AI architecture decisions across teams.
• Establishes context engineering standards across teams, including memory strategies and tool grounding approaches.
• Has strong experience with Azure AI Foundry, overseeing model lifecycle, cost controls, reliability, and scaling.
• Drives adoption of M365 Copilot Studio across enterprise scenarios with extensibility and governance in mind.
• Defines best practices for LLM observability, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop validation.

Job description

We are looking for technical owner for the Ascend platform team (Product Platform). Someone who owns architecture decisions for the AI-powered platform, drives modern stack choices, and mentors the team.

Responsibilities

Defines AI system architecture for multi-agent platforms, AI services, and enterprise copilots.

Has extensive experience designing agentic frameworks using LangGraph , tool routing, and orchestration models.

Has owned large-scale RAG architecture , including ingestion pipelines, evaluation loops, and retrieval optimization.

Establishes context engineering standards across teams, including memory strategies and tool grounding approaches.

Has strong experience with Azure AI Foundry , overseeing model lifecycle, cost controls, reliability, and scaling.

Has practical experience integrating MCP-based architectures for consistent context and tooling across AI services.

Drives adoption of M365 Copilot Studio across enterprise scenarios with extensibility and governance in mind.

Defines best practices for LLM observability, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop validation .

Reviews and approves AI architecture decisions across teams.

Frontend

Has deep expertise in frontend architecture and scalable UI frameworks.

Can define and standardize front-end practices across teams.

Has advanced expertise in the Python ecosystem and backend architecture.

Has strong experience with Django for enterprise systems and FastAPI for API-driven architecture.

Has experience designing distributed systems and API ecosystems.

Has strong knowledge of system performance, reliability, and security.

Has advanced experience with Azure cloud architecture and system scaling.

Has a strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.

Has expertise in caching and performance optimization using Redis.

Preferred Experience

Has experience building enterprise-scale platforms and products.

Has strong experience with cloud-native architecture and DevOps transformation.

Has experience working in matrixed or global organizations.

Has exposure to data analytics, reporting, or audit-related platforms.

Education / Professional Experience/ Qualifications

Has 10–15 years of experience in full-stack development and technical leadership.

Holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Has strong experience in system design, architecture, and engineering governance.

Has proven experience leading multiple teams or large-scale systems.

• Fluency in English and Polish.
