Job summary

Grant Thornton International is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead Saviynt IGA design, implementation, and operations. You will onboard applications, build connectors, and optimize identity governance with a focus on automation and audits.

The role requires 5–6 years of IAM experience and at least 3 years in Saviynt deployments, with hybrid working and collaboration across Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of IAM experience including hands-on Saviynt deployments.
• Strong experience with application onboarding, identity repositories, and access policies.
• Experience designing connectors, campaigns, analytics, and workflow configurations.
• Advanced SQL and troubleshooting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure access workflows, certification campaigns, and birthright access models.
• Develop reusable standards and deployment patterns for Saviynt.
• Design integrations with HR systems, databases, cloud apps, and ServiceNow; implement API, JDBC, and file-based integrations.
• Support identity correlation, reconciliation processes, and automation to improve stability.
• Resolve L2/L3 issues, monitor platform performance, and participate in governance reviews.

Senior Engineer – Saviynt IGA Implementation & Operations

The Senior Engineer will serve as a key technical contributor responsible for designing, implementing, enhancing, and operating enterprise Saviynt IGA solutions. This role requires strong hands‑on expertise in application onboarding, identity governance processes, integration, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Implementation

Design and configure:

Access Request Workflows

Certification Campaigns

Birthright Access Models

Develop reusable technical standards and deployment patterns.

Integration Engineering

Design integrations with:

HR Systems

Databases

Cloud Applications

ServiceNow

Develop and troubleshoot API, JDBC, and file‑based integrations.

Support identity correlation and reconciliation processes.

Operations Excellence

Resolve L2/L3 issues and perform root cause analysis.

Improve operational stability through automation.

Monitor platform performance and capacity.

Support audits and compliance activities.

Partner with Architecture, Security, Application Owners, and Infrastructure teams.

Participate in design reviews and governance forums.

Required Qualifications

5–6 years of IAM experience.

Minimum 3 years of Saviynt implementation experience.

Strong experience in:

Workflow Configurations

Advanced SQL and troubleshooting capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Saviynt Certification.

Experience with Agile delivery models.

Exposure to Programming and scripting ( like PowerShell, python, bash)
