Job summary

INFOCOM LTD, an international engineering company, seeks a Lead Electrical Engineer to drive complex electrical projects from Wrocław. You will design advanced LV/MV power distribution and electrical systems, collaborating with clients across EMEA and APAC on turnkey solutions.

Expect to guide E&I design, use CAD tools, and engage in on-site testing and commissioning to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of electrical engineering experience in the EMEA region.
• Deep knowledge of LV and MV electrical systems.
• Strong expertise in design of power distribution systems and infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience in electrical & instrumentation (E&I) design and CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Familiarity with EPLAN or SEE Electrical or similar tools.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to join our team in Wrocław. In this key role, you will drive complex electrical engineering projects, design advanced power distribution & electrical systems, collaborate with international clients, and shape efficient engineering workflows.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of proven background in electrical engineering within the EMEA region.
• Deep knowledge of Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) electrical systems.
• Strong expertise in design of power distribution systems and power infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience in electrical & instrumentation (E&I) design.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Practical experience with specialized electrical design software (EPLAN, SEE Electrical, or similar).

Languages:

• Polish: Working proficiency (Nice to have)

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with power system analysis software (ETAP, NEPLAN, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with on-site electrical testing, startup, and commissioning.
