The role focuses on on-prem deployment with ongoing GCP adoption and a shift to GitLab as the primary delivery platform, with Jenkins and GitHub during the transition.

You will own CI/CD pipelines and artifact management across multiple teams, mentor staff, and drive cross‑team initiatives including pipeline

Qualifications

• Proven DevOps or platform engineering track record with pipelines you built that multiple teams now use.
• Deep hands-on CI/CD expertise on GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub, or comparable platforms.
• Scripting in Bash or Python and strong Linux command-line skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across teams using GitLab as the primary platform.
• Build automation and internal tools to accelerate software delivery and testing.
• Embed security into pipelines through secrets management and container scanning.
• Collaborate with Dev, Cloud, and Platform teams on SDLC practices and release methodologies.
• Mentor engineers and participate in cross-team initiatives for pipeline migrations.
