Job summary

NN Group, NN, is seeking a CX Expert to shape customer experiences and drive improvement across the business. You will lead projects using human-centered design methods and collaborate with researchers and Service Designers to deliver omnichannel solutions.

You will analyse customer feedback, turn insights into initiatives, and support development of customer-centric skills across the organisation. Hybrid work in Poland is offered.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in Customer Experience.
• Experience leading projects with human-centered design methods such as Design Thinking and Service Design.
• Able to plan and lead design workshops for interdisciplinary groups, online and in person.
• Conduct qualitative research and user interviews; test solutions through prototypes, pilots and experiments.
• Translate insights into actionable plans; present conclusions to stakeholders; proficient with Miro or similar tools.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to influence stakeholders and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Design digital, traditional and omnichannel customer experiences with the business.
• Analyse the voice of the customer and map needs to drive improvements.
• Develop customer-centric skills across the organisation.
• Lead projects independently and collaborate with researchers and Service Designers.
• Contribute to sales and service process projects and shape CX strategy.
