We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead secure, scalable integrations and guide data flows, migrations, and technical leadership across teams. You will stay hands-on with Python and PostgreSQL/PLSQL while delivering via GitHub and agile practices.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in solution architecture, requirements analysis and solution design.
• Proven experience integrating SaaS products with enterprise systems.
• Strong AWS knowledge and experience designing cloud-based solutions.
• Strong database and data engineering experience, particularly with PostgreSQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with messaging queues, data flows and system-to-system integration.
• Understanding of secure and compliant solution design in a regulated environment.
• Experience with GitHub and agile ways of working.
• Analytical and systematic thinking, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear technical solutions.
• Works independently
• English fluent in writing and spoken

Responsibilities

• Build a thorough technical understanding of the vendor SaaS solution and its integration points within the existing IT landscape.
• Lead solution design for secure, compliant and reliable integration between Climb, Cloud Services, SADP and downstream systems.
• Define and coordinate expected data flows, including support for laboratory activities and equipment.
• Assess and coordinate migration of data from the legacy solution to the new platform.
• Provide technical leadership to the development team and collaborate with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to implement the right solution.
• Remain hands-on with Python and database development, including PostgreSQL and PL/SQL-related work.
• Design and validate integrations using messaging queues and appropriate data architecture patterns.
• Support proof-of-concept work, technical troubleshooting, code reviews and continuous improvement.
• Use GitHub and agile delivery practices to support transparent and effective software delivery.
