Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline (Electrical/Mechanical/CS).
• 10+ years engineering experience, with at least 5 years leading initiatives or teams.
• Strong expertise in Battery Management Systems and automotive systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy and development of advanced BMS algorithms.
• Define system requirements and drive architecture decisions.
• Trade off across firmware, applications, BMS, and system-level solutions.
• Build and prioritize technical roadmaps supporting product objectives.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards throughout design.
