Job summary

Spyrosoft Ltd. is seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, and to contribute to microservices with Golang and Python. The role involves direct collaboration with German-speaking clients, leading a team, and shaping data models in PostgreSQL.

You will work on REST and gRPC APIs, containerize with Docker, and deploy on Kubernetes (AWS). Independence and strong communication are essential to drive delivery in an agile setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development at Senior Software Engineer level.
• Fluent German (C1/C2) – mandatory; communicate with business stakeholders and clients.

• Experience working directly with clients: requirements gathering, solution discussions, collaboration.

Responsibilities
