Job summary

Collaborate with business and technical leadership to translate requirements into actionable goals, plan sprints, shepherd releases through CI/CD, and participate in a monthly on‑call rotation in a Linux environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong desire to lead and coach a team.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and project scopes.
• Solid hands-on C++ development with concurrency.
• Experience with REST microservices and databases.
• CI/CD, deployment automation, and clean code practices.

Responsibilities

• Guide, mentor, and empower a team of developers while contributing to hands-on technical execution.
• Plan sprints, track deliverables, and shepherd releases through CI/CD pipelines.
• Research, design, test, deploy, and maintain backend trading and risk management services in a Linux environment.
• Collaborate with business and technical leadership to translate business requirements into actionable team goals.
• Participate in a monthly on-call support rotation.
