We are currently looking for a Lead Backend Developer to join a project with one of our end clients in Poland.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 12 months

Location: Remote with flexibility to be onsite in Warsaw, Poland

Languages: English and Polish speaking

Role Overview

You will act as a Tech Lead, with a strong focus on backend development for web applications built by the client’s engineering team. You are expected to have hands‑on experience with most of the following technologies:

• Backend Language: Java
• Framework: Spring Boot
• Relational Database: PostgreSQL
• NoSQL Database: MongoDB
• Event Streaming: Confluent Kafka, Kafka Streams
• Containerization: Docker
• Orchestration: Kubernetes
• CI/CD: Azure DevOps
• Identity Management: Keycloak

Responsibilities & Expectations

• Lead by example through hands‑on development and high‑quality code
• Mentor and support junior developers
