Bonapolia is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Engineer to transform business knowledge into reliable AI skills that real users adopt. You will work directly with business stakeholders, from initial conversations to shipped and adopted solutions, in a hands-on role at the intersection of software development, prompt engineering, and business process automation.

You will run your own client conversations, pilots, and contribute to architecture standards, delivering measurable adoption and time savings

Formación

• Proven hands-on software engineering experience; build, review, test and maintain production-quality solutions.
• Strong foundation in at least one modern stack; TS/Node.js is preferred; Python/Java/.NET welcome.
• Solid engineering practice: version control, code review, automated testing, CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and platforms; real LLM-backed systems shipped to users.
• Direct experience with external clients and business stakeholders; run client conversations.
• Ability to turn ambiguous requirements into executable workflows; communicate trade-offs clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with business stakeholders to understand objectives and outcomes.
• Analyse requirements and reference materials; identify workflows worth automating with AI.
• Translate processes into structured, executable instructions for AI agents.
• Design, implement, test and maintain reusable AI skills and supporting components.
• Build evaluation scenarios, acceptance criteria and regression checks for the workstream.
• Debug agent behaviour and fix root causes; run pilots with real users and ship improvements.
• Own outcomes: adoption, time saved and reliability for end users; follow team standards.
