Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Lead Accountant – Cash & Intercompany to oversee cash management, intercompany settlements, and month-end close across multiple entities. You will ensure accuracy, implement controls, and collaborate with Treasury to align accounting with cash movements.

The role requires CA/CPA or equivalent, IFRS/GAAP knowledge, multi-currency experience, and a track record of improving processes. Based in Kraków, this on-site role offers a dynamic, globally connected finance team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial accounting with cash management and intercompany experience.
• Strong IFRS/GAAP understanding, incl. financial instruments, FX, intercompany eliminations.
• Proven track record in multi-entity, multi-currency environments.
• Good internal controls and audit readiness.
• Experience with Treasury collaboration and working capital.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounting and control for cash and intercompany across entities and regions.
• Oversee daily cash accounting, reconciliations, and cash positioning.
• Manage intercompany lifecycle: billing, settlements, eliminations, reconciliations.
• Ensure timely month-end close for cash and intercompany including journals and substantiations.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity and resolve aged items.
• Partner with Treasury on cash management and liquidity.
