Job summary

EPC Network is seeking a Senior Executive Product Owner to partner with the founder, turning ideas into profitable ventures funded by the company. You will launch MVPs, test channels, and scale successful ventures into standalone businesses.

You’ll start hands-on, then grow your own team with HR support, building a marketing-driven platform across YouTube, social media, and content channels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across several companies in marketing, growth, product, or business development.
• Proven track record of building something from scratch: a startup, product, business line, or new direction, with measurable results.
• Strong hands-on marketing experience in growth, performance, affiliate, content, or social media.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a real desire to build and run your own business.
• Comfortable working solo at the start and making decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Analytical mindset: you set goals, measure results, and make decisions based on data.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity in daily work.
• Excellent written and verbal English, C1 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founder to choose a business idea and turn it into a launch plan with clear milestones and expected results.
• Research the market, niche, audience, and monetization model before scaling the idea.
• Build and launch MVPs yourself: set up channels, content, tools, and workflows.
• Launch and test marketing channels such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Track results, analyze what works, and decide together with leadership whether to scale, pivot, or stop.
• Use AI tools and automation to move fast and keep operations lean.
• Bring in freelancers, vendors, and contractors when you need extra expertise.
• Define which roles your venture needs and build your own team with the support of our HR and Recruitment teams.
• Own the strategy and results of your venture as it grows into a standalone business.
