Land Acquisition Specialist for Industrial Investments
Responsibilities
  • Leading the process of identifying and acquiring land for power infrastructure investments.
  • Negotiating — particularly with large entities — the terms of lease agreements, land purchase contracts, and other forms of securing property rights.
  • Maintaining relationships with landowners, local governments, public institutions, and local stakeholders.
  • Analyzing risks related to project locations and conducting preliminary feasibility assessments.
  • Collaborating with other departments within the company during the preparation and implementation stages of investments.
  • Preparing reports and location recommendations for new projects.
Requirements
  • Monitoring legislative changes related to linear and infrastructure investments.
  • Coordinating surveying work and field documentation.
  • Participating in public consultations and informational meetings.
