Job summary

Accenture Legal in Warsaw is seeking a qualified lawyer to join the Employment Law Team. You will provide strategic and pragmatic Employment Law advice on a wide range of advisory matters to key internal stakeholders, with a focus on France and cross-border work.

You'll oversee litigation and pre-litigation matters with Employee Relations and external counsel, advise on industrial relations and collective bargaining issues, and contribute to internal guidelines and knowledge resources for the

What you will do:

• Focus on France.


• Provide strategic and pragmatic Employment Law advice on a wide range of advisory matters to key internal stakeholders.


• Oversee and provide support for litigation and pre-litigation matters, in conjunction with Employee Relations team and external counsel.


• Advise on industrial relations and collective bargaining issues, particularly collective consultation requirements.


• Contribute to development of internal guidelines, toolkits, and packaged knowledge on Employment Law and business issues for the region.


• Manage and oversee external counsel relationships with law firms as appropriate, including budget management.


• Stay abreast of legal developments impacting on Accenture, its clients, and industries and incorporate it into company practices.


• Support, promote, and implement initiatives as part of Legal team.


• Counsel, guide, train and support junior colleagues as appropriate.


• Educate Leadership and key stakeholders with regard to Legal and risk management issues in the region.


• Make recommendations and elevate to your lead on material Employment Law related issues.

What we expect from you:

• Qualified lawyer, preferably with a prior exposure to French law (either through education or post-qualification experience).


• Ideally, a post-qualification experience within an Employment Law team, in private practice and/or in an in-house environment. Alternatively, candidates with post-qualification experience in the compliance sector, who are willing to learn & grow their skills in the field of Employment Law, could also be considered. We anticipate hiring a candidate with a minimum of around 4 to 5 years post qualification experience.
