Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in laboratory work.
• Independent, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
• Office 365 proficiency.
• Polish language skills - fluent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory tests for development, R&T, requalification, and production optimization per standards.
• Document results in LIMS and report non-conformities.
• Maintain, validate and calibrate lab equipment.
• Manage samples, chemicals and lab inventory.
• Support test planning and problem solving.
• Cooperate with PPE, R&T, AQP, Plant QD, PE, and other labs on results and testing capabilities.
• Maintain clean lab policy and support sustainability initiatives.
