Job summary

Experis is seeking a KYC/AML Specialist to support customer due diligence and compliance within a regulated financial environment in Poland.

You will review customer information, perform KYC checks, and collaborate with public registries to gather documentation, ownership details, and ensure regulatory requirements are met.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of AML/KYC experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of AML/KYC experience.
• Experience using public registries and databases for due diligence.
• Ability to review corporate documents such as Articles of Association, statutes, resolutions and official registers.
• Experience analyzing ownership structures and identifying Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs).
• Solid knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and financial crime prevention requirements.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently under pressure.
