• Experience managing and optimizing performance campaigns (CPA, CPL, CPI, ROAS).
• Fluent in Korean and proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven recommendations.

• Provide expert consultation on entering and growing in the Korean digital market.
• Identify and recommend effective marketing and acquisition channels (Kakao, Naver, YouTube, Instagram, Google, TikTok).
• Advise on outreach strategies and media buying practices specific to South Korea.
• Support setup and optimization of paid campaigns across platforms.
• Share insights on local user behavior, creative localization, and A/B testing tactics in Korea.
• Recommend tools, agencies, or partnerships for the market.
• Deliver a roadmap with practical actions and KPIs for the internal team.
