Role Overview
We are seeking a Key Account Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence in Poland. This role is fully remote within the EU and offers the opportunity to shape strategic business development in a dynamic, international environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Account Management
- Proven track record in FMCG (non-food) sales
- Strong business development and market expansion experience
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills and performance-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with proactive, independent working style
- Willingness to travel (approx. 40%)
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
- CRM experience preferred
- Fluent in Polish and English
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads, pursue prospects, and build long-term client partnerships
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets; analyze performance and forecast growth
- Represent the company confidently in Poland with deep product knowledge
- Research market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow customer base and market presence
- Engage with clients to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions
- Consistently meet or exceed quotas through focused execution
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes for sales and accounts
