Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) in Kraków is seeking a Junior Transfer Agency Trailer Fees Specialist to join the Trailer Fees Team. You will support clients across Europe, the Americas and Asia and contribute to accurate trailer fee processing.

The role covers setup of agreements, processing fees and rebates, reporting, and liaison with other teams. It is a full-time hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days for parents of children up to 4 years old.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business related field or equivalent work experience.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; good knowledge of Microsoft Office; VBA is a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication; ability to work accurately under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Set-up of Trailer Fee Agreements in the Trailer Fee System & Static Data maintenance.
• Processing Trailer Fees and Rebates.
• Preparing various Trailer Fee Reports and Re-investment Transactions.
• Preparing payments of commissions.
• Ensuring adherence to procedures and controls (AML, banking secrecy).
• Preparing monthly/quarterly/annual reporting.
• Communicating professionally with other sections and departments.
• Investigating client/distributor queries.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers and shareholders.
• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all client tasks.

Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting Trailer Fees Specialist to join our Transfer Agency Trailer Fees Team.

In this role you will join highly dedicated team of experts supporting clients across locations covering Europe, Americas, & Asia.

On this position you will be responsible for:

• Set-up of Trailer Fee Agreements in the Trailer Fee System & Static Data maintenance
• Processing Trailer Fees and Rebates.
• Preparing various Trailer Fee Reports and Re-investment Transactions.
• Preparing payments of commissions.
• Ensuring adherence to all established procedures and controls (including money laundering prevention, banking secrecy).
• Preparing monthly / quarterly / annual reporting
• Communicating professionally and constructively to effectively address and resolve issues with other sections and departments.
• Investigating and follow-up on client and distributor queries.
• Building and maintaining an excellent relationship with the customers and their shareholders.
• Ensuring accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all client related tasks.

What we’re looking for:

• BA/BS degree in a business related field or equivalent work experience
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, skills in VBA will be an asset.
• Attention to details and good organization skills
• Excellent communication skills; Ability to work accurately and quickly under pressure;
