Techland in Poland is seeking a Junior Technology Programmer (DevX) to join our studio. This generalist role contributes to the design and development of diverse systems and tools used by production teams.

Daily work includes building systems for QA, ML and GenAI-powered tools, collaborating across technology groups, debugging and optimizing, and creating technical documentation. The position emphasizes strong English communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of C++ and Python.
• Familiarity with systems programming topics.
• Familiarity with ML & GenAI topics, tools and technology.
• Very good communication and collaboration skills.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Implementing systems and solutions for build, QA, and ML/GenAI tools.
• Collaborating with technology teams to support workflows in the creation of AAA games.
• Debugging and optimizing existing systems.
• Creating all necessary technical documentation.
