Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in Wrocław is seeking a Junior Travel & Expenses Specialist on a 1-year fixed-term contract. You will process and monitor expense reports in SAP Concur, align with regulations and internal guidelines, and support process optimization across European markets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in T&E or Accounts Payable
• English level at least B2
• Experience with SAP Concur is a strong asset

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor expense reports in SAP Concur in line with tax, legal requirements and internal guidelines
• Manage and prioritize T&E tasks to ensure compliance
• Support T&E objectives as directed by management and ensure processes run smoothly
• Communicate with Boehringer Ingelheim employees on T&E-related queries (ServiceNow tickets)
• Organize training sessions and prepare training materials for Concur end users
• Create and maintain internal process documentation
