Job summary

Carlsberg Shared Services in Poznań is seeking a Junior Supplier Enablement Specialist to join a six-member team focused on digitally enabling supplier collaboration and automating document exchanges. The role is based in Poznań with hybrid work options.

You will implement SAP Business Network, assist suppliers with SAP-related issues, build EDI connections, maintain Guided Buying, create Ariba Buying catalogs, and address price discrepancies.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• English skills min. B2 in writing and speaking.
• Experience with SAP ARIBA Buying and SAP Business Network is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation and a teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

Junior Supplier Enablement Specialist, Poznań

The Supplier Enablement Team, is currently consists of 6 qualified specialists based in Poznan. Our task is to encourage suppliers to collaborate with Carlsberg in a digital way, which will enable the digitalization and automation of document exchange between us and our suppliers. Additionally, we are responsible for supporting the Guided Buying solution in Ariba Buying.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Implementing the SAP Business Network solution


• Supporting suppliers with all SAP Business Network-related issues


• Building EDI connections with suppliers


• Maintaining Guided Buying


• Creating and maintaining Ariba Buying catalogs


• Resolving price discrepancy issues

Who We’re Looking For

• University Degree


• English skills min. B2 (in writing and speaking)


• Experience with IT tools (SAP ARIBA Buying, SAP Business Network) would be beneficial


• Analytical skills as well as solid communication and interpersonal skills


• Self-motivation


• Teamwork approach
