Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Assistant Structural Engineer to join the Integrated Delivery Solutions team in Poland, contributing to structural design for regulated sectors. You will develop 3D models and participate in BIM workflows under guidance while aligning with UK/European standards.

The role emphasizes learning, collaboration with international teams, and exposure to Eurocodes, Revit, and Tekla in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (B2 or higher) and Polish.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
• Experience using Eurocodes (EN 1990–1999).
• Experience in Revit and/or Tekla.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models and 2D drawings for concrete and steel structures.
• Support structural analysis and design under senior engineer supervision.
• Perform basic calculations and checks for structural elements.
• Work in BIM environments (Revit / Tekla), including model reviews and clash checks.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
