The expected salary for this position: 6 100 - 9 000 PLN

Are you ready for a new challenge in Procurement? We’re building a brand-new team in ING Hubs Poland to support Global Procurement team and looking for experienced professionals who want to work globally while staying connected locally.

We are looking for you if you:

  • Master degree or equivalent preferably in a relevant field, such as supply chain, (computer) engineering, business administration, or finance
  • Have 6 months to 3 years of experience in procurement operation and or contract management
  • Are proactive, independent approach and a good grasp of working in international environments
  • Demonstrated resilience and ability to manage ambiguity and complexity
  • Demonstrated very good organizational and communication skills, work in a multi-tasking environment, and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Very good English skills (spoken and written)
  • Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and E-Sourcing tools; experience with ERP systems or procurement tools is preferred

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of global contracts by category.
  • Prepare and draft contracts, gathering stakeholder input and using standard templates where possible.
  • Maintain the contract repository, track milestones, process amendments, and oversee contract renewals or closeouts.
  • Support negotiations by tracking changes, aligning stakeholders, and reviewing counterparty redlines.

Information about the squad:

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our international procurement Poland Hubs team in support of the Global Procurement Team. In this position, you will be responsible for preparing and drafting contracts, supporting contract review and administration, and managing a portfolio of contracts. Your contribution will be essential to ensuring effective contract lifecycle management within a global environment.
