Job summary

Andea Solutions Sp. z o.o is hiring a Software Consultant to configure, implement, and maintain the DELMIA Apriso MES for clients. You’ll work in a twenty-person team with varied seniority, tackling SQL queries, client requirements, and system testing to minimize disruption.

You’ll communicate with clients in French daily, leverage SQL Server and Oracle, and apply your C#, HTML/XSLT/CSS skills while contributing to MES/ERP projects across aerospace, automotive, and energy sectors.

Qualifications

• Fluent French is a must for daily client communication.
• Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in MS SQL Server or Oracle.
• Proficiency in C# or another OO language; knowledge of HTML/XSLT/CSS.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement and maintain the DELMIA Apriso MES for clients.

Job description

Andea is a global MES software integrator of systems like DELMIA Apriso, DELMIA Ortems, and more recently, our own MES platform, Manufacturo. Our software solutions have helped companies like CoorsTek, Bombardier, or Sierra Nevada Corporation to better track, manage and optimize their production processes.

As the Software Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining the DELMIA Apriso manufacturing system for our clients. Some of your daily tasks will include:

What you'll be working on

• Performing database analysis and writing SQL queries to investigate and resolve issues - for example, identifying the cause of long system response times in MS SQL Server or Oracle
• Gathering client requirements and configuring new system functionalities
• Communicating with clients in French on a daily basis — collecting requirements, providing end‑user assistance, and explaining technical solutions
• Conducting and documenting system testing to ensure changes cause minimal disruption to the client's daily operations
• Supporting ongoing maintenance of the DELMIA Apriso system across multiple client environments

You won’t be working on your own, and you won’t be left to your own devices as soon as the onboarding process is complete either – you’ll be a part of a twenty-person team, with each member on different seniority levels and plenty of experience to support you when needed.

What you will bring along

• Fluent French (C1 or above) — this is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have
