• Minimum 2 years of experience in Contract Management, Contract Renewal or Administration.
• Knowledge of a Scandinavian language considered an asset.
• Professional experience in customer service, supply chain or accounting operations would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Create, renew & terminate service contracts and extended warranties.
• Monitor and ensure timely closure of all Service requests.
• Maintain high communication standards with Customers and Service Providers.
