Job summary

Clouddora is seeking a Junior Salesforce Consultant to join our growing CRM team. This is a great opportunity to start a career in Salesforce consulting, CRM, and business process transformation.

You will work closely with experienced consultants and gradually take ownership of your own tasks and projects. You don't need years of commercial experience, but a strong interest in Salesforce and good analytical skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, relationships and data model.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce Flow.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English – B2 or higher.
• Willingness to learn and develop in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and configuration of Salesforce solutions.
• Help analyse business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts and permissions.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Support automation using Salesforce Flow.
• Assist with data migration, data quality and data management.
• Participate in testing and troubleshooting.
• Prepare documentation and user guides.
• Work with clients and internal teams to understand business needs.
• Learn from senior Salesforce Consultants and contribute to client projects.
