Job summary

You will work on a high-throughput trade management platform mainly in Rust with some C#/.NET, learning from senior engineers. You’ll design and ship distributed services, apply AI coding tools to accelerate development, and contribute to performance, observability, and reliability across teams in New York, London, Poland, Singapore,

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in CS/CE or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures.
• Interest in Rust as the primary language.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS) preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build high-performance Rust systems for large-scale trade flow.
• Design, ship, and operate distributed services that are reliable and observable.
• Use AI coding tools to accelerate design, implementation, debugging, testing, and refactoring.
• Validate AI-generated work for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Take growing ownership of features from design through deployment.
• Collaborate with engineers across New York, London, Poland, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
