Job summary

Arla Foods A.m.b.a is seeking a Junior RPA Specialist to join the Robotics area in an international IT environment in Gdańsk. You will work with business stakeholders to design and implement automation across processes, contribute to new robot development and improve existing automations.

The role requires initial hands-on automation experience, familiarity with Blue Prism or Power Platform, and ability to communicate across business and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Initial experience with automation or software development
• Ability to translate business needs into automation logic
• Comfortable interfacing with business stakeholders and IT teams
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and live bot support

Responsibilities

• Develop, test and deploy RPA solutions using Blue Prism and Power Platform
• Translate requirements into automation workflows with analysts and architects
• Support live bots, incidents and continuous improvement
• Contribute to reusable components and standards for RPA
