Qualifications

• Basic understanding of IFRS.

• Experience with SAP or similar systems is an advantage.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Assist IFRS reporting for assigned entities.
• Participate in month-end closing activities and data validation.
• Perform balance sheet reviews and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with standards and internal controls.
• Support audits by preparing documentation and answering queries.
• Collaborate with external tax providers for VAT, CIT reporting.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Reporting Specialist on a fixed term contract to support the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting. This role is a great opportunity to develop your expertise in IFRS reporting, financial analysis, and month-end processes within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in delivering IFRS reporting for assigned entities.
• Participate in month-end closing activities, including reporting and data validation.
• Perform balance sheet reviews and analyze variances vs. prior periods.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and controls.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to queries.
• Cooperate with external tax providers, supporting VAT, CIT, and other tax-related reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or in progress, e.g., ACCA/ACA).
• Around 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit (internships welcome).
• Basic understanding of IFRS.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn.

PLN 91,861.00 - PLN 126,308.60 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations. Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role.
