Customer Service Specialist

About the Role

Join Haleon Poland and become part of our Customer Supply Chain team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, ensuring excellent customer service, and working closely with Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, Finance, and external customers. The role offers an opportunity to work in an international environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer order processing in SAP
• Ensure timely and accurate order execution and invoicing
• Monitor and support on-time and in-full deliveries
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Resolve order, delivery, and service-related issues
• Support claims, returns, and credit note processes
• Monitor customer service performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, Finance, and external partners
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
