SeaRenergy Group in Gdynia, Poland, is seeking a Junior Purchaser to join our hybrid-structured team. You will handle RFQs, create POs in ERP, and coordinate procurement for international projects in the offshore wind sector.

You will collaborate with suppliers, resolve invoice discrepancies, and support market research and supplier preselection for bids, contributing to timely deliveries and the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement or purchasing is a plus.

• Manage requests for quotation (RFQs) and create, review and issue purchase orders in our ERP system.
• Resolve invoice and quantity discrepancies with Accounting, suppliers and project managers.
• Identify, qualify and onboard suppliers, maintain their data and support evaluations in collaboration with QHSE.
• Support the Tender team with market research and supplier preselection for upcoming bids.
• Coordinate international procurement and deliveries to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Help improve purchasing processes, tools and guidelines alongside the Purchasing team and the Team Lead Commercial Management.

In this position, you will become part of our internal team at SeaRenergy and contribute directly to topics that support our projects, specialist departments, and the wider group. As part of your role, we will entrust you with the following responsibilities:
