SeaRenergy Group is seeking an experienced coordinator to support two local offshore wind projects in Poland, based in Łeba. You will manage crew changes, travel, and schedules to ensure timely deployment with close collaboration among project teams and service providers.

Working on-site in Łeba and Gdańsk, you will ensure personnel documentation and training are up to date and respond to schedule changes or weather-related disruptions as they arise.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or a university degree in logistics.
• Solid experience in crew change coordination or operational logistics.
• Fluent in English and Polish for daily communication with international teams.

• Plan and coordinate crew changes, including travel, accommodation and transfers in Łeba and Gdańsk.
• Organize crew-welcoming and be present at the port when needed.
• Maintain schedules, crew lists and travel information with prompt updates.
• Check personnel documentation, training and medical certificates in coordination with teams.
• Liaise with project management, offshore teams and local providers to align crew movements.
• Respond to schedule changes, weather disruptions, and logistical challenges with alternatives.
• Maintain records of bookings, movements and related costs for reporting and invoicing.

For our team supporting the two local offshore wind projects in Poland, we are currently seeking an experienced

Start date: 01.11.2026 | Location : Leba | Working model: On Site | Employment type : Fixed-term employment for 18 months, with the option of extension

In this position, you will coordinate crew changes and personnel logistics to support offshore project activities. Based in Łeba, you will work closely with our project team, client representatives and service providers to ensure that personnel arrive at the right location, at the right time, and ready for deployment. Your work will cover activities in both Łeba and Gdańsk.

As part of your role, we will entrust you with the following responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate crew changes, including travel, accommodation and transfers to and from the relevant ports in Łeba and Gdańsk.
• Organizing Crew-Welcoming prior to offshore campaigny while being present at the port if necessary.
• Maintain personnel schedules, crew lists and travel information, ensuring that changes are reflected accurately and communicated promptly.
• Check the availability and validity of required personnel documentation, training certificates and medical certificates in coordination with the responsible teams.
• Liaise with project management, offshore teams, client representatives and local service providers to align crew movements with operational requirements.
• Respond to changes in schedules, weather-related disruptions and other logistical challenges, arranging alternatives and escalating issues where necessary.
• Maintain clear records of bookings, personnel movements and related costs, supporting reporting and invoice verification.

• Completed vocational training or a university degree in logistics, transport management, shipping, business administration or a comparable field; alternatively, relevant practical experience in crew coordination or personnel logistics.
• Solid experience in crew change coordination, marine coordination, travel coordination or operational logistics, ideally within offshore wind, shipping or another maritime environment.
• Familiarity with offshore deployment requirements, including personnel documentation, training and medical certification.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, and confidence in maintaining schedules and personnel records.
• Strong English and Polish language skills for daily communication with international project teams and local service providers.
• A structured and reliable approach, clear communication skills and the ability to prioritise and remain calm when plans change at short notice.
