WhitePress® is looking for a motivated Junior Publisher Relations Specialist with Spanish to expand our regional publisher network. You will source new media partners, assist onboarding, and maintain clear pricing and performance data.

You will liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth inquiries, timely publications, and accurate reporting. The role offers on-site or hybrid work with growth opportunities and market-competitive compensation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

WhitePress® is an international company specializing in content marketing and SEO, operating in more than 40 countries and 36 languages, with a network of thousands of marketers, copywriters, and over 120,000 websites.

To strengthen our local publisher network, we are looking for an ambitious Junior Publisher Relations Specialist with Spanish. In this role, you will play a key part in growing our database of media partners and ensuring high-quality collaboration with portals and publishers across the region.

What will you be doing?

• Publisher Acquisition: Sourcing, pre-qualifying, and initiating outreach to potential new media partners.
• Onboarding & Support: Assisting new publishers during setup, handling day-to-day inquiries (regarding offers, platform use, and billing), and liaising with internal teams.
• Data & Offer Management: Verifying and updating offers, pricing, site metrics, and communication history in HubSpot and internal systems.
• Quality Assurance: Monitoring publications to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to deadlines.
• Reporting: Preparing basic data summaries and status reports on publisher database growth and activities.

What do you need to join us?

• Business Communication: Strong written/verbal communication skills with a partner-oriented mindset and professional etiquette.
• Languages: Spanish C1 (fluency on business level), English B2.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to follow established procedures, and a willingness to learn and accept feedback.
• Basic understanding of content publishing principles and the concept of link building.
• Tools: Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Gmail, Sheets, and Docs) and strong web research skills.

Nice To Have

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and task management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Asana).
• Familiarity with admin panels or order fulfillment workflows (B2B/e-commerce).
• Ability to compile basic data reports and summaries in spreadsheets.
