Job summary

Electrolux Group in Kraków is seeking a Junior PTP Specialist to join the finance team and support accounts payable activities across markets. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and a chance to develop analytical skills in a global organization.

The ideal candidate is pursuing or holds a degree in Finance or Accounting, with strong English, Excel, and data skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
• Previous accounting experience is welcome but not required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit

Responsibilities

• Process incoming PTP documents accurately and efficiently
• Support invoice processing and day-to-day Accounts Payable activities
• Investigate and resolve PTP-related issues in a timely manner
• Respond to supplier and internal customer inquiries with professionalism and care
• Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting tasks
• Collaborate with team members and support other PTP processes when needed
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process excellence

About the role

This is a part-time (50%), fixed-term position for 6 months
