GlobalLogic in Wrocław is seeking a Junior Project Support Specialist with German to support clients and collaborate with a skilled team in an IT environment. The role focuses on handling inquiries, ensuring service quality, and maintaining data confidentiality while using ticketing systems.

Fluency in German and English (B2+), strong analytical and teamwork skills, and attention to detail are required. GIS experience is a plus. The position is office-based, Monday–Friday.

Formación

• Mandatory knowledge of German language (min. B2 level).
• Knowledge of English (min. B2 level).
• Analytical thinking, teamwork, ability to comprehend project policy guidelines, attention to detail and client focus.
