Be | Shaping the Future Poland is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives in Poland, focusing on financial sector projects and direct engagement with business stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication, ability to work with both business and IT teams, and on-site presence in Łódź (2 days per week). Polish and English proficiency are essential.

This position offers a B2B contract and access to wellness and development programs in a multinational, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial sector with high-complexity projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects independently from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders in Poland.
• Deep dive into functional topics to support project progress.
• Coordinate and collaborate with technical teams to drive execution.
• Report project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
