Junior Project Engineer (f/m/x)

We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Engineer to join our Technical/Engineering team. In this role, you will play a key part in preparing and delivering technical projects that enhance the reliability, efficiency, safety, and quality of our manufacturing processes. What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Oversee the installation and commissioning modernization of existing assets to improve safety, quality, and efficiency, or to implement new production capabilities.
  • Assess, verify, and provide suggestions to enhance line efficiency.
  • Co‑develop process and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID) for planned equipment upgrades.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and implementation plans in collaboration with Operations and factory support functions.
  • Conduct risk analyses for technical projects, including leading PRP reviews.
  • Draft technical specifications, manage tender processes, and participate in contractor selection.
  • Supervise acceptance testing, installation, assembly, and commissioning of machinery and equipment.
  • Prepare and manage investment project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards during project execution, including induction training and monitoring contractor safety performance.
  • Create, review, and update technical documentation.
  • Organize and deliver training for maintenance technicians and production associates for new and/or modified installations.
  • Provide ongoing technical support for existing and newly commissioned production lines, including troubleshooting.
  • Actively participate in problem‑solving groups and support the development of production areas.
  • Work closely with Cluster Engineering teams during the execution of investment projects.

What are we looking for?

  • Higher technical education is preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience leading technical capital projects.
  • Solid understanding of industrial machinery and equipment control systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer use, including CAD software for interpreting and reviewing drawings and layouts.
  • Experience working with technical and production documentation.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • English language proficiency at B2 level or above.
